What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once you place your order and we receive payment, we will process it immediately. A proof of your order will be sent via email within 2-3 business days. Once the design has been approved by you, your order will be shipped within 48 hours by USPS Priority Mail.

What kind of paper are your wrappers printed on?

We print our wrappers on premuim glossy white paper to create high quality wrappers.

What type of printer is used to print the wrappers?

We use a professional grade color laser printer.

Are the wrappers cut?

The wrappers are pre-cut for your convenience and ready to wrap when they arrive.

Do you include candy bars with the wrappers?

At an additional cost we offer "Assembled Wrapped Bars".

If you choose the "Wrappers Only" option for the Hershey Milk Chocolate 1.55 oz. bars it will include the wrappers, FREE silver foil sheets, glue stick and wrapping instructions.

Can I choose another Font style or color?

Absolutely! You can click onto the "Fonts" section on the order form and choose a font and color of your choice.

How does the wrapper adhere around the candy bar?

The best way is to use a glue stick or double sided tape to secure the wrappers around the candy bars.

Do you offer refunds?

We DO NOT offer refunds for orders cancelled AFTER printing or shipping. However, if there was a printing error on our part we can either refund your money or ship your new wrappers immediately.

Can you design popular character themed wrappers for my childs birthday?

Unfortunately, we can NOT offer these wrappers due to copyright laws.

I ordered "Wrappers Only" and need chocolate, where can I purchase the chocolate bars for my event?

For the best reasonable price chocolate bars can be purchased at your local warehouse stores. (i.e. Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's)

What is your privacy policy?

We never share, exchange or otherwise distribute any of the information that you provide us. While we require certain information to process your order and payment, it will remain strictly confidential.
